We reserve a company name so no one else can take it and we will register the business name as a limited company for you. We also take care of registering you self-employed with HMRC and after the process is complete we will send you your Unique Tax Reference (UTR). You do not have to wait until the process is complete to start trading. We will submit your Bank application which will be opened with Barclays or one of our other Banking partners. Also a start up pack will be provided including great tips on how to start your business, a profit and loss forecast, business plan and cash flow forecast. With this pack you will be provided with a Tax advice guide.
